R. James (Jim) Delegarde

Roger James Delegarde, 73 of Kenneth E. Spencer Memorial Home and formerly of New Canaan, passed away Thursday, June 20, 2024 at his residence.

Born in Dalhousie, he was a son of the late Robert and Muriel (Maloney) Delegarde. He worked in Maintenance for the City of Moncton until his retirement. Jim, along with his late wife Marieta, enjoyed their time spent in Canaan in their home on the banks of the river.

He is survived by his sisters Ann Marie Bertin and Irene Smith and their families and good friends. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his wife Marieta and brother Bob.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Salisbury Funeral Home, 506-372-4800. All arrangements at this time are being held privately.
