David Gogan

It is with sadness the family of David B. Gogan, 74, of Salisbury, announce his passing surrounded by loved ones, on September 1^st, 2023 at the Moncton Hospital. Born in Petitcodiac, he was a son to the late Clarence & Dorothy Gogan.

David worked at Delta Beausejour for many years, first as a chef and ending his career as purchasing and sales manager due to a disability.

David enjoyed going for drives, always looked forward to seeing his fur babies Gizmo and Zoe. Will never forget him getting the car and saying "were off like a herd of turtles".

David is survived and sadly missed by his brothers, Alan Gogan and Dan Gogan; his sisters, Donna Steeves and Rhea Wilkins; his step children: Jean, Lloyd (Pat), Judy (John), Carol (Donna), Josie (Andy) and Cindy (Blaine); his special granddaughter, Christy Lewis (Greg); his great grandchildren: Kayla and Katlyn as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, David was predeceased by his daughter, Lana Gogan; his partner, Lillian Black; his brothers, Gary Gogan, Jim Gogan; his sister, Dorothy Fanjoy and his in-laws Leslie Wilkins and Garnet Steeves.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Route 106 (506-372-4800) from where a Celebration of David’s Life will be held on Tuesday, September 5^th from 6:00pm – 8:00pm. Interment will take place on Wednesday, September 6^th at 11:00am at Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
